Anyone recommend anywhere to stay?

On our recent trip to the Ardennes-Eifel and the Nurburgring we stayed at a hotel that we have stayed at previously.

The Wilhemshohe hotel & restaurant is very comfortable and friendly, serving excellent food. Hosts – Jacqui & Ulrich Miller.

The place is very handy for the Nurburgring and the Mosel.

Not particularly a biking hotel but the White Waters Country Hotel has great facilities and does a D,B&B deal.
