Correspondence and/or Reply Problems ~
We answer all correspondence, if you have been expecting a reply from ourselves and not received anything please ~
1) Check your Spam Box. We have had several members not receive communications/emails from us due to FullChatter.com being automatically assigned ’spam’ status by a member’s computer . To change this simply go to your SpamBox and mark us ‘not spam’.
2) If this is not the case, please email us again, we never knowingly ignore correspondence.
**Nb. Unfortunately we’ve had our share of spam problems, our attempts to control this occasionally means a genuine new member has been refused access – if this has happened to you please accept our apologies and please contact us to let us know, we can sort your membership from our end.
