Correspondence and/or Reply Problems ~
We answer all correspondence, if you have been expecting a reply from ourselves and not received anything please ~
1) check your Spam Box. We have had several members not receive communications?emails from us, as FullChatter.com has been assigned ’spam’ status. To change this, simply go to your SpamBox and mark us ‘not spam’.
2) if this is not the case, please email us again, we never knowingly ignore correspondence.
*Members Extra – our monthly newsletter, is emailed to all members on or around the 15th of the month.
If you have not been receiving your copy then, as above ~
1) check your spam folder and if we are there, mark us as ‘not spam’
2) if your Members Extra is not in your spam folder, then email us so we can check our records of your email address.
*Unfortunately we’ve had our share of spam problems, our attempts to control this occasionally means a genuine new member has been refused access – if this has happened to you please accept our apologies and please contact us to let us know, we can sort your membership from our end.
